p>What you will be doing: ⢠Select on-road and off-road drive experience locations and venues ⢠Develop off-road courses and on-road drive routes ⢠Oversee course/route build, including coordination with activation leads, vendors, supplies, and permits ⢠Ensure drive experiences highlight vehicle capabilities while maintaining safety and vehicle preservation ⢠Execute drive programming to meet target drive volumes ⢠Manage vehicles assigned to activations, ensuring proper preparation, care, and alignment to event needs ⢠Support Brand Experience and PR teams with fleet operations, with a focus on Defender ⢠Manage on-site drivers, course builders, and drive instructors at events ⢠Procure, train, and oversee all drive staff and instructors ⢠Manage budgets, including procurement, invoicing, and bill payment for assigned activities ⢠Support marketing fleet operations, including vehicle ordering, scheduling, transportation, repairs, budget oversight, and vehicle turn-ins.
What you will need:
⢠JLR Lead Instructor accreditation from the Global Experience compliance team ⢠Ability to deliver engaging client experiences across all core competencies ⢠Strong capability in developing and managing accredited drive instructors ⢠Deep product and technical expertise across all JLR brands ⢠Solid mechanical understanding of vehicle performance and diagnostics ⢠Extensive off-road driving experience across varied and challenging terrain ⢠Strong ability to train and evaluate instructors to deliver safe, high-quality experiences ⢠Clear understanding of risk and ability to articulate, mitigate, and document it ⢠Ability to create and publish comprehensive Risk Assessments in the approved format.
