Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact and provide direction to team members.

li>Launch sourcing: Lead end-to-end supplier sourcing and quotation for new program launches across pre-production, prototype, and full production, meeting program timing, cost, and quality targets within the APQP process.
