p>As the Rental Sales Manager, youll tenaciously pursue & develop new commercial clients in an assigned sales territory through effective outside sales & marketing activity (including cold calling), participate in developing pricing strategy, develop an active prospect database, uncover sales leads for our contractual product lines (e.g., full service lease, contract maintenance, etc.), manage existing accounts, assist in managing a multi-million dollar fleet, make decisions and create solutions to maximize product line revenue & profitability performance, assist in creating an efficient rental operation, provide outstanding service to our customers, and execute the companys sales & marketing strategies. The Rental Sales Manager (RSM) position is responsible for the sales & operational activities of our commercial truck rental product line, including; business development, account management, customer service, asset management, & the branchs overall product line performance.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in Automotive, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus a minimum of five years of management experience in all facets of bus maintenance operations, including inspection, maintenance, and repair of a bus or related vehicular fleet. Description: The Senior Manager of Vehicle Maintenance is responsible for the overall management of LYNX's maintenance division which includes the development of policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives to ensure cost effective and efficient management of LYNX's revenue and non-revenue fleet.
p>You will collaborate with the Director of Delivery Operations for preparing and planning strategies to meet the SDO's daily, weekly, and monthly customer service and financial goals and to develop, refine, implement and administer departmental fleet policies, procedures and systems to provide effective service to all customers and channels at the lowest cost possible.
