A Housekeeper/Utility Worker who excels in this role: • Reports to supervisors consistently and on time for scheduled shift • Organizes materials to be moved into lots and inventories items • Transports items and materials to loading docks, loads truck/trailer for material transport and unloads materials • May drive truck and trailer to transfer station or other destination • Performs light sanding and surface preparation for painting and paints exterior surfaces as directed • Performs miscellaneous landscape and grounds tasks as directed • May assist in transport/courier service for Facilities to gathering parts and supplies • Performs inspection and checklist duties as directed. Additional services include dedicated physician hospitalists, cardiopulmonary services, elective and emergency orthopedics, womens health, general surgery, hematology and oncology, internal medicine, sports medicine and rehabilitation, and sports medicine, x-ray and diagnostics (including MRI, mobile PET scan, 64-slice CT scanner, nuclear imaging, and 3D mammography), an advanced wound care center, a sleep lab, two Express Care walk-in clinics, a regional dialysis unit, pharmacy services, laboratory services, home care, and a 60-bed senior living community.
