Overview:
We are currently seeking multiple Survey Party Chiefs to join our Survey Division. In this role you can expect to manage, instruct, and train a survey crew of 1-5 people, including but not limited to assigning and monitoring work and providing evaluations. Complete surveying for boundary and topographic, ALTA, GPS, hydrographic and control surveys. Work with construction plans and providing surveying for large, fast paced commercial projects. Perform 90% of work in the field and may be conducted outside in various conditions.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Oversee the operation and maintenance of survey equipment used on job site and assist with training others when practical</li><li>Prepare field sketches/drawings and high-quality field notes, including level notes, for each project in accordance with company and general survey standards</li><li>Assemble all instruments and measuring devices needed to complete various types of survey work assignments. Accurately run and adjust survey-measuring instruments including level, transit, theodolite, electronic measuring devices and total stations with electronic data collecting capabilities</li><li>Ensures that the proper equipment is loaded, and batteries charged for the next assignment</li><li>Performs mathematical calculations</li><li>Ability to read and understanding plans and specifications</li><li>Understanding of basic sources of measurement errors</li><li>Knowledgeable of principals of construction staking and stake markings</li><li>Adhere to company safety policies along with use of supplied personal protective equipment, (PPE)</li><li>Provide positive client/public relations in the field </li><li>Accountable for completing assigned tasks </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> 

Qualifications:

The MCW & Froedtert Lung Transplant Medical Director has a matrixed reporting relationship to the Service Line Director for Solid Organ Transplant, and VP Froedtert Hospital Service lines, department, & division leadership.The core function of the MCW & Froedtert Medical Director is to coordinate, revitalize and grow the Lung Transplantation program in alignment with MCW & Froedtert strategic goals. This leadership role works in the context of the Service Line & administrative leadership, and as such is integral to its success.
