What We Look For: • Engineering Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process) • 10 years of HVAC or large equipment sales experience • 3-5 years' experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Refrigeration industry • Technical understanding of industrial compression, industrial refrigeration and/or industrial heating • Background in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas is recommended • Knowledge of contract/project/credit management, pricing, quotations, business and technical proposals, vendor negotiations, and budgeting • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills • Must be a proactive team player • Broad-based engineering background with process refrigeration knowledge • Experience managing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce. What you will do: As a District Sales Manager, you will be part of the regional York Process Systems (YPS) sales team focused on the promotion, training, engineering, and growth of York industrial refrigeration (IR) packaged systems.
