Job Description/Responsibilities: The Fleet Coordinator organizes and communicates fleet dispatch; schedules pickup and delivery appointments, assists Traffic Mgr in fleet compliance with FMCSA, FRA, PHMSA regs and Liquor Transporter Permits; audits, organizes and files driver trip documents including POD; supports fleet performance reporting: generates freight invoices and maintains files: works with Materials Managers to support on time p/u and delivery of materials to Sazerac plants: supports Shipping Clerk as needed. Ensures work flow; organizes orders and ensures drop equipment loaded by requested ship date; ship confirms orders in ERP; processes BOL and manifests; checks daily and monthly shipping reports; and tracks shipping errors, code freight invoices, and prints load plan picks.
