Dispatcher, Hauling Division

You're the right fit if you've built real depth in flight operations control, people already come to you when a call gets hard, and you want a role that formalizes that into escalation ownership and team leadership, working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a true 24/7 environment. This role carries real leadership scope: you'll train and mentor junior controllers on SOPs, escalation handling, and shift procedures, and you'll work directly with the Tactical Desk Manager on duty and flight time limitation (FTL) risk management, operational reporting, and process improvement.
