Typical client engagements include program management tasks ranging from the development of implementation manuals and program guidelines, template documents and forms, internal and external stakeholder education; and project management tasks which include drafting and development of RFI, RFQ and RFP documents, evaluation manuals, project management plans, and deliverables to assist clients in meeting FHWA major project requirements (PMP, CSRA, IFP, etc.). Job Summary: This position will support the Innovative Program Advisory team on various alternative delivery programs and projects across the country utilizing more progressive delivery methods such as design-build, progressive design-build, CMGC/CMAR, and P3 (DBF/DBFOM).
