This position is also responsible for being the most productive leaser as the role model for the leasing team, leading the leasing at properties that have challenges, developing new and changing current training programs and procedures, mentoring and overseeing the leasing team and partnering with the manager or multi-site manager, leads weekly management meetings. Drafts marketing plan including timetable for marketing/management actions including logo design, complete collateral package, professional/designer selection, lease-up schedule, training staff, establishing preferred employer programs, corporate suites, grand opening, etc., as applicable.
