Working in a high-acuity Critical Care / Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) environment, the Director focuses on improving patient outcomes for medically complex patients, including those requiring ventilator management, complex wound care, and extended critical care services. The Director partners closely with executive leadership, nursing leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen clinical competencies, and maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
