The successful candidate demonstrates integrity, optimism, professionalism, and a deep appreciation for the Catholic values of the institution while possessing the initiative, creativity, and interpersonal skills necessary to inspire alumni involvement, cultivate future philanthropic support, and build a vibrant, engaged alumni community both locally and nationally. The Director of Alumni Relations will report to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and will have responsibility for ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity, while assisting in advancing the university's efforts to implement the new mission statement and strategic plan.
