The Director of Orthodontics is responsible for providing operational leadership, direction and administration of GEDC Ortho Practices, ensuring operational and financial effectiveness through its Ortho Strategy Managers, Operation Managers (OMs), Ortho Treatment Coordinators, PCs and Dental Assistants; including partnership with Clinical Partners and Divisional Vice Presidents, Dental Office Operations in provider hiring, placement and relocation, and evaluation of providers from an operational perspective. Additionally, the Director of Orthodontics will work closely with Divisional Vice Presidents, Dental Office Operations (DVPOs), Clinical Partners (CPs), Ortho Strategy Managers and Directors of Operations towards strategizing and restructuring schedules as needed and ensuring GEDCs balance due process is followed at every Ortho location.
