This position, as top administrative branch staff in an Association actively engaged in many national Y initiatives, is responsible for day-to-day general administration of the Membership Department, and areas listed above, including staff supervision, budgeting, expense control, income generation, program development and quality control, and committee development, community relations, collaborations, long-range planning and facility maintenance. Direct and administer total operation of the Membership Department, including the interpretation and execution of established policies, the development of procedures and methods, staffing, evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs and operations.
