This role leads local development efforts and directly engages with donors to grow revenue and advance the mission.  KEY RESULT AREAS1. Lead Development in Greater Waco: In collaboration with the ED of Greater Waco and the VP of Development, sets fundraising goals for the region and establishes an annual fundraising plan. 2. Major Gift Cultivation: Manages a portfolio of 100-125 active major gift investors and prospects.
