In conjunction with the Director, this position has responsibility for managing their assigned rehabilitation department, to include budgetary and operational responsibility for their cost center(s) Internal customers include all levels of management and staff, medical staff, and other health care members for the purpose of integrating services, improving patient care, ensuring effective communication systems and facilitating decision making in clinical practice issues. With 391 licensed beds, the hospital provides a wide range of services, including acute medical and surgical services as well as intensive care, emergency and urgent care, inpatient/outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, urology, pulmonary, obstetrics and gynecology, outpatient diagnostic services, and adult behavioral services.
