Position Summary: The Director of Facilities Management provides strategic leadership, coordination, and administrative oversight to clinic property and facility needs to include- construction, space planning and real estate needs, lease administration, facility and property management, environmental health and safety functions, annual operating and capital budgeting, staff supervision and training, vendor management, and space/expense allocation tracking. A highly functional understanding of building plans and the construction process, as well as a sound understanding of multiple building systems and the maintenance thereof to include: fire safety systems, HVAC, electrical and lighting, plumbing/mechanical, exterior and interior finishes, grounds, security and access control, elevators, roof systems, pool systems, emergency power systems, and other related building components.
