Educate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) on the use of scales, blood pressure, oximeter, thermometer, stethoscope, glucometer, wheelchair, and any other durable medical equipment or any other need that is new to the home that is ordered by a physician. Key responsibilities include travelling to homes, providing the highest quality of care to include medication management, medical treatment needs, education, and providing support to the Direct Service Providers.
