Directly and through the use of managers, supervisors, and leads, manages personnel, prepares and monitors operating budgets and capital budgets, quality assurance, staffing levels, goal and objective attainment, as well as site specific strategic leadership in the planning, development, and organization of imaging services within the hospital and freestanding imaging centers aligned with it. Works in collaboration with other hospital directors in the market in strategic partnerships in utilization management, access strategy, payor relations, supply chain, quality, financial management, capital budgeting, as well as patient and physician relations.
