• Ensure fidelity to scope and sequence and instructional expectations
• Manage literacy-related budgets, including grant-funded initiatives
• Coordinate allocation of resources to schools based on identified needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in education, literacy, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in literacy instruction, coaching, or school leadership
• Deep knowledge of structured literacy and the science of reading
• Experience with high quality instructional materials and curriculum implementation
• Strong data analysis skills and experience using assessment systems such as MAP, DIBELS, or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead adult learning and manage teams
• Experience working in urban schools and with diverse student populations preferred
