p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field AND four years experience working in the case management field, Ministerial experience beneficial OR any equivalent demonstration of training or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Job Summary:
Oversees the delivery of services to the homeless population including the Supportive Housing, Project Able and Shelter programs; develops and implements programs to assist the homeless population; supervises all Case Managers and supports them in development of case plans.
