p/>The selected individual will have primary responsibilities for the administration of the AEGD program, to include but not limited to:
(a) continued development and implementation of the curriculum;
(b) evaluation of program content;
(c) Establish structured mentorship programs and regular feedback mechanisms for residents;
(d) oversight and evaluation of resident and faculty performance;
(e) maintenance of residents’ education records; and. It includes collaboration with the General Practice Residency Program Director, Predoctoral program, Nexton Clinic Director and WAMP Clinic Director, and other specialty care providers, to foster a cohesive learning environment in both general and advanced dental practices.
