We are Now Hiring Part-Time (Weekend Shift) Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, in Tucson, AZ to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
● Work directly with children and youth to help create personalized service plans and goals
● Provide social skills education and behavior management support
● Advocate and connect clients to community resources
● Meet with clients and families in various settings (homes, office, community)
● Assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
● Facilitating CFT’s at a minimum monthly
