The Senior Training and Development Coordinator will:Support the delivery, development, and quality assurance of Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) required training courses for provider agencies across the State of New Mexico; Require a broad and integrated skill set, including facilitating trainings in both in-person and virtual formats, developing curriculum and asynchronous online learning modules, and providing technical assistance to provider agencies statewide; Support training compliance, continuity, and fidelity through monitoring, tracking, and conducting fidelity checks; Require travel as necessary to deliver training and facilitate meetings; Demonstrate working knowledge of the developmental disabilities support system, including the three waiver programs and service packages, and an understanding of the population served; Strong, advanced communication skills are essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration with both internal staff and external stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate has:Current Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) Core Curriculum Trainer or the ability to meet certification requirements; Extensive knowledge of the developmental disabilities support system, including waiver programs, service packages, and the populations served; Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering training, with a strong emphasis on on-line and asynchronous curriculum development; Advanced communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear, practical guidance.
