Organize on-site programs, classes, workshops and social activities, including: substance abuse meetings such as AA, NA, CA; presentations by employers, vocational school educators and others to assist with interview skills, resumes and job placement; informational talks by low-income housing program facilitators, money management experts and home maintenance professionals. SUMMARY: The Case Manager III will provide specialized case management to veterans recovering from chronic, severe and multiple problems such as substance abuse and/or mental illnesses and develops and implementing supportive services and programs to assist clients in achieving greater self-determination, self-sufficiency and permanent housing.
