The Dietary Technician is responsible for attending parental meetings, workshops, in-service training, staff empowerment week, and meetings to improve job performance, and any extra tasks that the Head Start Director or immediate supervisor deems essential. The Dietary Technician will operate and maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and productive workplace by following NC sanitation regulations, which include cleaning floors, covering garbage cans, maintaining water temperature, and sanitizing equipment.
