This position provides cross-functional portfolio leadership across business units and is responsible for directing the operations of Budget, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Risk Management, Employee Benefits, Medicaid, Grants and Development, and Procurement Services; works closely with Human Resources and Position Control; and provides executive direction, supervision, coordination of activities, and reporting results to the Chief Financial Officer, the Superintendent, and other district officials. Supervises departmental staff, monitor staff performance, evaluate department effectiveness, and coordinate the operational functions of Budget, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Risk Management, Employee Benefits, Medicaid, Grants and Development, and Procurement Services through subordinate supervisors and other department supervisors.
