This role advises and assists the energy manager across the full project development lifecycle; from energy audits, field investigations, facility surveys, and assessments through life-cycle cost analyses and feasibility studies, and supports the development of ECOs into projects executed through vehicles such as UESC, ESPC, ERCIP, design, design-build, or traditional construction contracts.
