Project Managers work independently on complex projects, network to expand the market outreach for Existing Building Decarbonization projects, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams. – Lead energy modeling and building performance simulations and perform life-cycle cost analyses to evaluate the ROI and overall economic feasibility of various decarbonization strategies, including high-efficiency HVAC systems and the integration of geothermal and other renewable energy sources.
