The successful candidate will be responsible for the architectural and feasibility studies, design, simulation, layout and characterization of various RFIC circuit blocks such as power amplifiers (PA), low noise amplifiers (LNA), high power RF switches, attenuators, couplers, and/or filters based on GaAs, SOI, SiGe and/or CMOS based technologies. Qorvo serves multiple high-growth segments of large global markets, including consumer electronics, smart home/IoT, automotive, EVs, battery-powered appliances, network infrastructure, healthcare and aerospace/defense.
