Additional sub metrics of these key metrics are also included • Assess performance indicators and take appropriate actions to ensure schedule, cost and quality goals are met • Assure policies, procedures, and other documentation are followed to ensure consistent and compliant manufactured product • Provide leadership and commitment in support of continuous improvements in quality, productivity and delivery performance through the deployment of continuous improvement framework • Support product design organization through new product introduction phase to ensure customer manufacturing delivery times are met • Assure that Environmental, Health, and Safety issues are addressed considering local regulations, Eaton policy, and good corporate citizenship • Develop budgets and resource plans, and monitors performance, to achieve product delivery and cost requirements • Coordinate and assist with plant initiatives, participating on teams in order to drive best practices across enterprise • Coordinate with Human Resources to resolve labor relations issues as they arise within production • Achieve labor productivity and lead cost reduction efforts to drive factory cost out • Champion implementation of MESH to achieve improvement in year over year safety performance measures • Maintain a working knowledge of product-support related data such as repair manuals, parts lists, service bulletins, price catalogs, etc., in order to provide customer support as well as to identify business opportunities • Responsible for production processes and product audits to verify compliance to Component Maintenance Manuals and other work instructions, which are critical to maintaining FAA and Customer approval • Provide vision and strategy for OEM, Spares, Machine Shop, and Aftermarket operations in order to inspire teams to improved performance development, engagement, and retention. Required Qualifications: • A bachelors degree from an accredited institution • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing Operations directly within a plant/factory • Minimum two (2) years of direct supervisory experience • Aerospace industry experience required • A minimum of one (1) year of continuous improvement or Lean experience • U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158 • Role is open to relocation to the Jackson, MS area.
