Required Qualifications: ⢠A bachelors degree from an accredited institution ⢠A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing Operations directly within a plant/factory ⢠Minimum two (2) years of direct supervisory experience ⢠Aerospace industry experience required ⢠A minimum of one (1) year of continuous improvement or Lean experience ⢠U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158 ⢠Role is open to relocation to the Jackson, MS area.
