The consultant will be performing Formal Project Management tasks, including but not limited to: - Work closely with the project's business functional areas involving DPS executive and business teams, Sector Leadership and technical teams to develop and manage the project scope and other project management plans (PMP), approach, resource requirements and- allocation, schedule, deliverables, and funding, with a specific focus on system transformation projects (migrating from IBM Lotus Notes/HCL Domino to platforms like Salesforce or MS Dynamics). This includes eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements using recognized methodologies, facilitating requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
