The Maintenance Supervisor plans, organizes, and provides supervision and oversight for daily maintenance operations and activities in the Montgomery Plant, which includes hourly maintenance employees and outside contractors; coordinates department activities with those of other departments; inspects and troubleshoots equipment and maintenance work; orders necessary parts and performs related work as required. Direct the planning, layout and ordering of materials for including: repairing, overhauling, servicing, and assembling tools, machines, and equipment; or construction and repair of buildings, additions, partitions and wooden furniture and equipment; or electrical and electronic systems and equipment; or, setup and operation of various machines in operations.
