As part of the treatment team, the Case Manager Supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the Case Managers within the youth housing community programming; oversees the Case Management team to ensure it meets agency expectations and goals; ensures the Case Management team maintains compliance with agency and/or grant requirements; assesses Case Management needs, develops goals and ensures that the Case Management team has a cooperative working relationship with all of the programs that they serve and, overarching, within the agency itself; supervises assigned staff and assists them in their job duties. Supervise assigned staff and volunteers to ensure that they are functioning within the requirements of their job duties; provide guidance, training, assistance, and support to staff when needed, including planning, performance management, professional development, adjusting workloads as necessary, and addressing and resolving complaints to create a climate of teamwork and motivation.
