Complete weekly internal safety audits on staff as well as equipment to ensure we are providing our team members with a safe work environment • Set, monitor, motivate, and track specific goals for the sanitation crew regarding working safe, clean, and on time • Manage and develop direct reporting staff, including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating, setting, and adjusting of hours of work, handling team member complaints and grievances, disciplining team members, planning and directing the work of team members, etc. Job duties include: • Monitor, measure, and report on operational issues and opportunities, and assists the Site Manager develop and implement improvement plans • Communicate with the Site Manager daily to report accidents, downtime, damage, and other important plant issues • Communicate with Corporate office as needed regarding items such as nightly logs, payroll, chemical and supply orders, timesheets, etc.
