Twenty-one (21) months (3,185 hours) of experience in the care and supervision of four (4) or more children over the age of four (4) years who are not related to the individual, and one (1) of the following qualifications: (1) Completion of six (6) semester hours from a regionally accredited college or university; or (2) Completion of forty (40) clock hours of training in coursework applicable to school-age children within the first nine (9) months in the Assistant Program Manager position.
