Yes Unit Culture: Family Oriented, Excellent Teamwork Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: COPD/Pulmonary Diseases, Heart Failure, Cardiac Arrhythmias, Renal Failure, Sepsis, ETOH/CIWA and IVDA, tracheostomies requiring mechanical ventilation, continuous BIPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, hypothermia regulation, and titratable IV drips Patient Ratios: RN: 1:3-4 CNA: 1:9 Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Skills required: RN: Experience with the above patients, experience with trached/vented patients, temporary/transvenous pacemaker, cardiac gtt experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, trach care, blood products, wound care/dressing changes, etc.
