In addition, you will: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the overall construction and project management department Develop processes and procedures to facilitate the successful completion of projects from start to finish Directly oversee Construction Supervisors, Managers, and Project Managers, programs to ensure projects are constructed as designed on budget, while constructing safely, with quality, and on schedule Assist in disputes on all projects, negotiating as required to resolve construction problems Work with the OFS support team and back-office staff to ensure compliance with both internal and external reporting deadlines and financial reporting requirements Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports Manage material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy Prioritization of projects based on customer needs, escalations, identifying resource needs, and assignments Evaluation of employee performance, job assignment, employee retention, employee career path, and development of your team's skill set, and knowledge of the telecom industry Interface with customers, vendors, subcontractors, while identifying additional opportunities for market growth and sustainability Driving a safety culture, SSO compliance, MVI, TRIR, and DART metrics. About You: You track new and completed work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work Safety is a part of your day You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging leadership experience, preferably in a telecom construction environment You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team and driving change when needed You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software You understand basic accounting principles.
