Who You Are Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience 4 - 6 years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred 3+ years experience managing software/application development projects Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status Knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required Basic leadership and presentations skills required Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Some travel required, including overnight stays Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries.
