Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred) • 8-12+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations within manufacturing or project-based environments • Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects • Strong expertise in planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP platforms • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets and planning models • Experience driving supplier performance (OTS) and project delivery metrics (OTD) • Solid understanding of BOMs, NPI processes, lead times, and supply/demand alignment • Experience with logistics coordination and contractual delivery terms (e.g., Incoterms) • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills; ability to manage stakeholders and resolve risks • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, drive operational excellence, and perform in a fast-paced environment. This role represents Supply Chain as the single point of accountability to Project Management, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that materials, planning, logistics, and supplier performance align with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
