This role supports the Vice President of Early Care & Education within the four bi-state early childhood education centers, the Home Child Care Network program, the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership, the Prevention Initiative, Illinois Department of Early Childhood (IDEC) Home Visiting, and the Illinois Smart Start Apprenticeship Program.
