Assists the In-service Director/Educator in developing any training activities needed, concerning resident assessment/care plan skills, including initial or refresher courses relative to techniques for interviewing residents, rehabilitation principles, commonly used psychotropic drugs, care plan functions, etc.

Throughout the day, you’ll maintain inventory accuracy: preparing counts, performing cycle counts on signage with fewer than 10 units (and all the way to the last sign), entering new signage when overage is purchased, and debiting GTRs promptly.
