p>What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you'll need:
• To be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) • The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents • Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks.
It'd be great if you also have:
• Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and safely in a team setting • Ensure a positive, respectful, and professional attitude • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed.
