Assist in identifying End of Life (EOL)/ End of Support (EOS) information for hardware components to include but not limited to the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN), Top Level Architecture (TLA), End User Devices (EUD) and various components. Strong communication skills, professional writing skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., ability to prepare Microsoft (MS) Excel Pivot Tables, ability to identify duplicates in an Excel spreadsheet, ability to use MS Excel Power Query for extract, transform, and load functions, ability to use MS Word, etc.).
