The IT Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining site infrastructure systems, servers, virtualization platforms, network environments, and core enterprise technologies while providing advanced technical support across site operations. The IT Administrator serves as an escalation point for Helpdesk Technicians and IT Technicians and works closely with senior IT and operational technology personnel to ensure stable, secure, and reliable technology services are maintained across the site.
