n \nWhat You Will Be Doing \n \nAs the Cyber Security Engineer You will be responsible for designing, implementing and testing anti-tamper and embedded cybersecurity solutions across Missiles and Fire Control's deliverable products.\n \nYour responsibilities will include: \n\n Providing embedded System Security Engineering design and implementation in all aspects of System Security Engineering (SSE) process in development of Department of Defense (DoD) Weapon Systems\n Assessing and mitigating System Security threats/risks throughout the embedded Weapon System development life cycle\n Validating System Security Engineering requirements decomposition, allocation and analysis for embedded Weapon Systems\n Implementing System Security Engineering solutions hardware and software\n Designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining state of the art System Security architectures and countermeasures to protect and enable innovative new Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control products\n Prototyping and testing System Security countermeasures that defend against cyber-attacks against Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Weapon System products\n Integrate yourself amongst Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Systems Engineers to define and\n \nintegrate System Security Engineering into a wide range of high integrity, security and safety-critical Systems \n\n For a level 4, we typically look for 9 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 7 years of experience with a related Master's degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.\n \nWhy Join Us\n \nDo you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Experience working within the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC)\n Implementing System Security requirements on DoD systems to meet U.S. government compliance requirements\n Experience supporting validation and verification of security requirements on DoD systems\n Possess an approved DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT/IAM Level II (CISSP, CAP, etc.) or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of start date in order to meet program requirements\n \nDesired Skills:\n\n Experience developing embedded DoD National Security Systems (NSS) requiring Systems Security Engineering implementations is preferred \n Design experience through the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC) developing embedded system security solutions for DoD weapon or tactical systems \n Tactical as well as strategic thinking and creative problem solving\n Experience with embedded systems design\n Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively\n Experience with embedded system vulnerability scanning and Software Assurance (SwA) activities\n Strong understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principals and process.
