Key Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with all applicable CBP regulations, including bonded warehouse operations (19 CFR Part 19), in-bond movements, and import/export requirements • Manage and audit bonded and in-bond inventory, including receipts, transfers, manipulations (when permitted), shortages, overages, and releases • Review, maintain, and reconcile CBP documentation, including CBP Forms 214, 216, 3499, 7501, delivery orders, and in-bond paperwork • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, customers, and CBP officers regarding entries, exams, holds, and releases • Oversee and validate value-added services (e.g., labeling, kitting, rework) to ensure activities are performed only as permitted under CBP regulations • Monitor segregation and control of bonded vs.
