Performance Indicators (KPI) are as follows: ship fit components of the ship either repair or new builds are completed on time, to specifications, and within scope of the project 100% of the time; ensures staffing levels are adequate to meet the deadlines; follows up with team members to ensure that they have proper training and tools to complete their jobs; completes all training assigned on time 100% of the time; and ensures that team has completed their training 95% of the time.
