p>In this role you will: • Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others • Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow of purchase orders • Train and develop employees • Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality • Collaborate with branch team to grow sales • Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations.
