Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications:* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record* High school diploma or equivalentWork Environment:The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Physical Demands:The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

Our client, a customer service company, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Camden, New Jersey.

This CSR role combines inbound call management and field service dispatch, directly impacting daily revenue, technician productivity, and customer experience. Pre-employment background check and drug screening required; periodic background reviews and random drug testing may be conducted after hire.

The Customer Service Representative's responsibilities include: Sales Order Entry: Reviews the customer's purchase order for label specifications including size and dimension, quantity, raw material, color selection, copy position, packaging and delivery instructions, and custom specification requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit at a computer terminal for extensive periods of time, is required to move throughout the plant and office; use hands to finger and handle paperwork; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
